Somatic Flow
This 75-minute class uses a combination of somatic healing methods to connect you with your body and breath, along with gentle, flowing body-guided movement, to explore and improve body sensation awareness, foster mind-body connection, and release energies that are no longer aligned with you. Harmonious mind, harmonious body, harmonious energy.
* This class may bring up deep/challenging emotions, thoughts, and trauma.

Noon Hour Express Yoga
This 40-minute class is the perfect way to break up your day! Find flow through poses that focus on improving balance, strength, flexibility, and release while allowing you to refresh your mind and body to avoid hitting that mid-afternoon wall!
Wednesdays at 12:10 pm
Gentle Stretch & Restore Yoga
This 75-minute class is held in our cozy studio and offers the benefit of balancing energies! We will begin the first part of the class with gentle poses to invite in stretching and motion before settling into longer-held supported poses with the restorative portion.
Wrap up your "first day of the work week" by bringing yourself back to a harmonious energy balance!
